Gurgaon, February 07, 2015: Genesis Foundation today hosted CEOs Cook for GF Kids, a fundraiser event to provide support for the treatment of 8 critically ill, under-privileged children.
At this luncheon fundraiser event, held at Hotel Crown Plaza Today, Gurgaon, 11 CEOs prepared gourmet meals for nearly 200 enthusiastic attendees.
The air was thick with tantalising aromas as CEOs vied with each other to present a delectable spread for the invitees. The bright sunshine added that extra element of warmth at the event, which was already plush with conversations, music, laughter and, most importantly, the spirit of giving, of making a difference in someone’s life.

In order to raise resources to facilitate medical assistance to GF Kids, GF has created unusual and unique participative fund-raising events involving music, art and food. Some of these events are: Genesis Foundation’s Kasauli Rhythm &Blues Music Festival, Genesis Foundation’s JadhavGADH Music Festival, CEOs Sing for GF Kids, CEOs Cook for GF Kids, Musical Evenings, Art Shows, Theatre, and more. About Genesis Foundation (GF)
Genesis Foundation (GF) provides financial support for life-saving and life-changing medical intervention for critically ill under-privileged children in areas of cancer, cardiac disorder, post organ transplant medication, thalassemia and extreme deformities. Support from GF in the said five critical illnesses, varies from specific medical intervention, recovery and recuperation, to extended treatments like chemotherapy and follow-up medicines post surgeries. We Give Life a Chance.
So far, medical treatment of over 580 critically ill children has been supported by Genesis Foundation. The children supported by the Foundation belong to families with an income of less than ₹10,000/- per month and the parents are unable to afford treatment of these children suffering from serious life threatening ailments.
100% of funds raised are dedicated towards treatment of critically ill children as all overhead costs are borne by the trustees.
